Join our team: we are hiring a panel welder in Addison County, Vermont. The job is at a busy production line. Day-to-day duties: • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls What we are looking for: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $210 per day, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
