Vacancy available: cabinet maker (New Mexico)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cabinet maker in Socorro County, New Mexico. You will be based in a bespoke joinery workshop. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers Your main tasks: • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish Full-time with occasional weekends.
