Argon welder — Douglas County

Join our team: we are hiring an argon welder in Douglas County, Georgia. You will work at a stainless steel fabrication shop. Requirements: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances Day to day you will run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper.
