Bread baker — Montgomery County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Montgomery County, Arkansas. You will work at a busy bakery. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills You will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. $250 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
