Grill cook — Otsego County

Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Otsego County, Michigan. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Part-time with flexible hours.
