Bakery assistant — Burke County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Burke County, North Carolina. You will be based in a bread factory. On a typical shift you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
