Tower crane operator — Acadia Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Acadia Parish, Louisiana. On the job you will handle: • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift Ideal candidate: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
