Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator in Grady County, Georgia. Requirements: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Day-to-day duties: • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
