Join our team: LGV Class 1 driver (Illinois)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Ford County, Illinois. You will be based at a busy distribution depot. You will present documents at weighbridges and check posts; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
