We are recruiting: we are hiring a gardener in Grimes County, Texas. Requirements: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish On a typical shift you will operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
