Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Burutu, Delta State. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency ₦130,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
