Immediate opening: cake decorator (Nebraska)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Franklin County, Nebraska. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Score the top of loaves before baking • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
