Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator in Benton County, Indiana. You will work in a packaging factory. Day to day you will monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line. You should have: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
