Plasterer's mate • Brewster County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in Brewster County, Texas. The job is on a commercial fit-out project. What we are looking for: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day On a typical shift you will dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; check walls for plumb and level as you go; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
