Rigger — Birnin Kudu

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rigger in Birnin Kudu, Jigawa State. The job is at a busy construction site. What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather The role involves calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
