Kitchen cook — Hansford County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Hansford County, Texas. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
