Ideal candidate: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain Your main tasks: • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid Full-time, day shift.
