Vacancy available: precision welder (England)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a precision welder in Rotherham, England. The role involves control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters. You should have: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height We offer £90 per day plus benefits.
