Ideal candidate: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding The role involves: • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
