Urgent requirement: surface coating operator (Massachusetts)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Hampshire County, Massachusetts. You will work at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun 3+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $240 per day plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
