Great opportunity: production welder (Ohio)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a production welder in Madison County, Ohio. You will be based at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. The role involves: • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions You should have: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
