Your main tasks: • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger You should have: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control 1+ years on the tools preferred.
