Formwork joiner — Lawrence County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Lawrence County, Arkansas. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. The role involves strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits.
