Panel welder wanted in Sierra County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel welder in Sierra County, California. You will work at a steel fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes 2+ years on the tools preferred.
