Baker — Rogers County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Rogers County, Oklahoma. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day to day you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
