Cement mason • Emure, Ekiti State

Now hiring: we are hiring a cement mason in Emure, Ekiti State. You will be based at a ready-mix concrete plant. On the job you will handle: • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds Part-time with flexible hours.
