We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Wise County, Virginia. The job is at a dealership paint shop. You should have: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes Your main tasks: • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
