We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Lee County, Arkansas. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Your main tasks: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
