Core maker • Song, Adamawa State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a core maker in Song, Adamawa State. You should have: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards On a typical shift you will skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
