Falsework carpenter — Freeborn County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Freeborn County, Minnesota. The role involves: • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters What we are looking for: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
