Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Gwarzo, Kano State. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day to day you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds.
