Elevator technician — Real County

Join our team: we are hiring an elevator technician in Real County, Texas. You will be based on a lift modernisation project. The role involves replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; run load and overload tests with test weights. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
