Insulation worker — Kendall County

Now hiring: we are hiring an insulation worker in Kendall County, Illinois. You will be based on a construction site. Requirements: • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls On a typical shift you will fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
