Urgent requirement: meat cutter (Gombe State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Nafada, Gombe State. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. The role involves break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
