Precision welder wanted in Hall County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a precision welder in Hall County, Georgia. On the job you will handle: • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions Requirements: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings Overtime paid at a premium rate.
