On the job you will handle: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Part-time with flexible hours.
