Shuttering charge hand — Boone County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Boone County, West Virginia. You will work on a busy high-rise construction site. Your main tasks: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs Requirements: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
