Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards The role involves sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar.
