Flatlock machine operator wanted in Garfield County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Garfield County, Nebraska. Your main tasks: • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
