Production assembler • DuPage County, Illinois

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production assembler in DuPage County, Illinois. The job is at an automotive parts factory. Day to day you will pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away. You should have: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S 3+ years on the tools preferred.
