Butcher wanted in Duchesne County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Duchesne County, Utah. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. On a typical shift you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings.
