Formwork carpenter — Chanchaga

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Chanchaga, Niger State. You should have: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Own basic hand tools • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience Day to day you will measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. ₦95,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
