Grill cook — Clinton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Clinton County, Missouri. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
