Powder coating sprayer — Cherokee County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Cherokee County, Alabama. Your main tasks: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
