Short order cook — Shelby County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Shelby County, Ohio. The role involves taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 2+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
