Visual inspection operator — Mani

Now hiring: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Mani, Katsina State. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. What we are looking for: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection Your main tasks: • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
