Day to day you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
