Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Ogori/Magongo, Kogi State. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff You will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations.
