Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Buchanan County, Missouri. The job is in a precision engineering workshop. Your main tasks: • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish What we are looking for: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg 4+ years on the tools preferred.
