Immediate opening: ironing operator (Lagos State)

Join our team: we are hiring an ironing operator in Mushin, Lagos State. You will be based at a garment factory. You will meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment 6+ years on the tools preferred.
